There is much to choose from when it comes to ground transport at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA), with buses, hotel shuttles, car rental, limousines, shared-ride vans and numerous taxi cabs.
Public transport at Tacoma Airport is easy arranged at the airport's Ground Transportation Center, connecting not only downtown Seattle, but also many surrounding suburbs, such as Beacon Hill, Genesee, Mercer Island, North Delridge, Renton, Riverton Boulevard Park and Yarrow Point, as well as Portland, Tacoma and Vancouver.
Buses
Sea-Tac Airport is served by plenty of public buses, connecting the terminal buildings with hotels and attractions around Seattle. These buses are operated by Gray Line Express run daily every 30 minutes. Schedules buses an shuttles are also provided by Bremerton-Kitsap, Capital Aeroporter, Downtown Airporter, Olympic Bus Lines, Shuttle Express and Whidbey - SeaTac Shuttle.
Free hotel shuttles depart from the third level of the parking garage and are generally just a phone call away.
Light Rail
Many passengers favor the modern light rail station, which is linked to level 4 of the garage via a covered walkway. These trains operated between the hours of 05:00 and 01:00 (Monday to Saturday) and on Sunday from 06:00 to midnight. There are always at least four train each hour, with eight per hour being expected at the busiest times. The Sea-Tac light rail station runs all the way into downtown Seattle's Westlake area, with stops including Beacon Hill, Chinatown, Columbia City, Mount Baker, Othello, Pioneer Square, Rainier Beach, Tukwila and the University Street.
Taxi Cabs
Taxis can be arranged at the Ground Transportation Center, or alternatively your taxi journey can be organised by using the phones in the baggage claim level. The journey from SEA Airport into central Seattle will generally last around 25 to 30 minutes.

Limousines can be booked in advance or from the Ground Transportation Information counters, on the third level of the car parking garage. Curbside courtesy telephones are also available to request limos. All of the limousines, executive cars and SUVs are regulated by the Seattle-Tacoma International Limousine Association (STILA).
